NXT5 Futsal Academy is a player-development academy based in Naperville, Illinois. We use the speed, space and demands of futsal to help players become more technical, more intelligent and more confident in every moment of the game.
Our goal is not simply to create players who can execute a skill. We want players who can recognize the situation, make the right decision and execute at game speed. Futsal gives players constant involvement, repeated 1v1 situations, transition moments and decisions under pressure.
Every stage of the academy has a developmental purpose. Younger players build confidence and technical freedom. As they grow, training progresses toward perception, tactical understanding, adaptability, leadership and competitive performance.
